I am looking for situations where an illegal immigrant has fought deportation or incarceration and has been granted rights from the US Supreme Court.What Supreme Court cases specifically address the rights of a illegal immigrant?
you can find where they have fought with the free attorney all the way to the surpreme court on things like ID Theif trying to get out of it, or killing someone and trying to get out of it.. yet on looking for what rights they have and fighting for them the court has not looked at this.
