How do i display my salad trays in the salad cases and make it look appealing to customers?

the displays around the trays are usually lettuce and basil leaves but i want to make it colorful and appealing but easy and wont take too much of my time decorating one tray. i have to work with 32 trays of salads everyday and i just started working there and it looks boring everyday seeing the same things on every tray. How do i display my salad trays in the salad cases and make it look appealing to customers?
It doesn't have to be green leaf lettuce, you're right, that's boring. Use raddichio for a splash of color. Or frisees. If you did have the time, I'd suggest practicing making garnishes. I've seen an eggplant turned into a penguin, and a kiwi turned into a mouse. That boosted sales because customers would comment on how cute they were and then they'd buy the salad. Win-win!How do i display my salad trays in the salad cases and make it look appealing to customers?
?When building salads, make them in several layers so you can see whats in them. Example:

Start with a bed of lettuce then arrange thinly sliced radishes around edges of container, then a few thinly sliced cucumber, in the center sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese then maybe some diced chicken or ham topped with some shredded carrot. Have some packaged croutons and dressings available. See where I'm going? Decorate as you build the salad. A pretty salad looks more appetizing that one just thrown together. Good Luck
