my wife found a bedbug during a stay at a La Quinta in Aistin, TX. management agreed to reimburse for all clothing, getting hair done, and dinner. nothing in writing to guarantee reimbursement, but they assure we have a check in the mail. however this morning we went to emergency room for a couple of hundred confirmed by DR and pictures of bug. now we need to know how to pursue for medical costs, missing work and damages.What kind of settlements are possible in cases of bedbugs?
Bedbugs have not been linked to the transmission of any disease and are not regarded as a medical threat.
I would say you are wasting your time. And ours.
